1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using APISetu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of service

APISetu is a web-based API client that lets you build, organize, test, and share HTTP requests, manage environments, mock servers, and run automated tests, individually or as part of a team.

We may add, modify, or remove features of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: using the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or our systems; interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service; or using the Service to send requests that violate the rights of others.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create in APISetu. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any data you send through the Service.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by APISetu and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APISetu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
